By booking or using the services of Dumpster Duo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services

Dumpster Duo provides residential and commercial junk removal services throughout North Carolina. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any job that presents safety risks or involves prohibited materials (see below).

Quotes and Pricing

All pricing is volume-based and determined on-site. Online estimates are not binding quotes. The final price is provided in person before any work begins. You must approve the quote before we proceed. If you decline, there is no charge for the visit.

Same-Day Guarantee

When you call before 3 PM and request same-day service, we commit to arriving that day. If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed same-day appointment, the job is free. This guarantee applies to confirmed same-day bookings only and is subject to weather, safety, and force majeure conditions beyond our control.

Prohibited Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot remove:

• Hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, mold-contaminated items)
• Chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, or fuels
• Biohazardous waste or medical materials
• Wet or liquid paint
• Pressurized containers
• Any item requiring specialized environmental handling

If prohibited items are discovered during a job, we reserve the right to leave them and adjust the quote accordingly.

Customer Responsibilities

• An adult (18+) must be present at the property to approve the quote and authorize work
• You confirm you have the legal right to dispose of the items
• You will provide safe and reasonable access to the property and items
• You will disclose any known hazards before work begins

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most digital payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and reschedules are accepted at any time before the crew arrives on-site. There is no cancellation fee. For same-day bookings, please call us as soon as possible if plans change.

Liability

Dumpster Duo is fully licensed and insured. We exercise reasonable care in all removal work. Our liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, items we were not informed about, or damages resulting from inaccessible or unsafe conditions not disclosed before work began.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
